Shipping

Purchases are typically shipped within three (3) business days via FedEx ground. Customers will receive an email upon product shipment with tracking information. Shipping typically takes less than 7 days, however, shipping times are not guaranteed.

Returns

Merchandise in sellable condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, shipment tracking is recommended to verify return delivery. Texas Historical Commission is not responsible for returned merchandise that is sent without tracking. An amount equal to the amount of the merchandise returned will be refunded to the customer once the item is received at the Texas Historical Commission.

Returns will not be accepted 14 days after delivery or if the item cannot be resold (missing tags, worn, etc.). Customers must contact THC staff via email at museumstores@thc.texas.gov or by calling 979-338-0313 to initiate a return.

I received an error when attempting to place my order.

Most check-out errors are caused by attempting to use an American Express payment card. We do not accept American Express. Please try placing your order with a card issued by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.

I’d like to cancel my order. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible, via email at museumstores@thc.texas.gov or call 979-338-0313. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled and a refund will be issued to the payment method. Once an order has been shipped, the purchase is subject to THC’s return policy.

I prefer to make a purchase over the phone.

No problem! You can call 979-338-0313 to place an order over the phone. If staff are unable to answer the phone, please leave a message with contact details and a THC staff member will return your call as soon as possible.

I need to make a tax-exempt or wholesale purchase.

Great! Please contact us directly so we can arrange payment. Tax exemption and wholesale purchases must be made over the phone and can not be completed online. Taxes paid can not be removed from orders completed online. Reach out via e-mail museumstores@thc.texas.gov or call 979-338-0313.
